From leading content design teams for the development of the NHS COVID Pass and communicating across a multi-stakeholder environment to share the tool. To learning to speak ‘roadworks’, a language in its own right, for the Department for Transport to centralise the planning and managing of road construction and repairs. And helping Company Directors navigate the implementation of new identity verification legislation. I’ve worked on more than a few UK government projects as part of multi-disciplinary teams, in order to establish processes, governance and all the content plumbing necessary – as well as writing GDS compliant copy.
