From leading content design teams for the development of the NHS COVID Pass and communicating across a complex multi-stakeholder environment. To learning to speak ‘roadworks’, a language in its own right, for the Department for Transport to centralise the planning and managing of road construction and repairs. And helping Company Directors navigate the implementation of new identity verification legislation. I’ve worked on more than a few UK government projects as part of multi-disciplinary teams, in order to co-design the service, influence and educate SMEs, establish processes, governance and all the content plumbing necessary – as well as writing GDS compliant copy, based in what works for users.
